PAYMENT
a. Credit card: payment through a secured SSL site from the HSBC Bank. All information are encrypted and no information can be read on the internet. Your order will be registered and accepted as soon as the payment is confirmed by bank services.
b. Bank checks: (For people living in France only) your order will be fully accepted and treated only when the check is fully cashed in on Boutiquelux55 bank account.
c. Bank transfer: your order will be treated only when the transfer is fully completed on Boutiquelux55 account. A month term is compulsory for any transfer from foreign countries.

For all payment, the name on the mode of réglement must correspond in the name of the address of delivery.
For any payment other than bank card not received 6 days after the date of the order, that-çi will be automatically cancelled.
Attention! This is a compulsory way of payment for countries outside the European union.
SAFETY MEASURES
Your bank information are encrypted thanks to the SSL site of the HSBC Bank ensuring a secured online payment. Boutiquelux55 has no access to those information. That is the reason why you will be asked to give your personal information each time you make a transaction with us.
CLAUSE OF PROPERTY
The different products remain Boutiquelux55 property until the payment is fully done. After the product has been sent, the customer is fully responsible for the risks linked to a possible non-reception of this order.
DELIVERIES
Products are delivered to the address you will have indicated on the site.
The shipping is immediate for any purchase via a credit card. The delivery will be 5 to 10 days long from the day of payment.
Even if this term is not respected, you cannot cancel the order, hold Boutiquelux55 responsible, ask for a percentage off the price or any financial compensation so long as the product is delivered within 30 days from the day of payment.
WITHDRAWAL
Acoording to article l. 121-16 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has 7 days from the day the product is delivered to send it back, was it not suitable for the customer who can then rightfully ask for his money back.
The returned items must be undamaged and in the same state as you received them.
The charges for the return will be yours unless the return is linked to one of our mistakes.
Beyond this 7 days term, the delivered products will be considered as conform and accepted.
GUARANTEES
The authenticity of the different brands on this site is guaranteed. Most of the items offered by Boutiquelux55.com are second-hand articles which are described according to three criteria:
NEW: They appear as brand new and without a flaw
VERY GOOD CONDITION: These items have been used but a little and are of a good quality. If an item has flaws, they are automatically indicated in the description.
GOOD CONDITION: These items were used normally and have remained of a good quality. Each flaw is precised in the description. Thoses flaws however remain unsignificant for the daily use of our products.
To be noted: counterfeiting in France and abroad is punished by 2 years of imprisonment and a 150,000 euro fee
To be noted: Boutiquelux55 will fulfill the order according to the availability of products in our warehouses or in providers' stocks.
If, despite our constant care, one of the product is temporarily unavailable, Boutiquelux55 will send you an E-mail. If the product is permanently unavailable after the order has been registered, Boutiquelux55 will automatically cancel the order, send you an E-mail and return your money.
After the payment is done, you accept and recognise you have a full knowledge of the terms and conditions stated on this site. Hence, you renounce to use any contradictory documents, namely your own terms and conditions. The act of purchase results in the full acceptance of Boutiquelux55 terms and conditions. Your payment and your bank information will be a legal proof of our transaction.
PRICES
Prices appear in euros and are tax included. Delivery fees will obviously be added.
If the delivery has to take place outside the European Union, it is the customer's responsibility to pay customs taxes and other extras involved in this delivery. The product itself will be sold without taxes. It is the consumer's responsibility to check the conformity of the delivery according to the country of delivery.
Boutiquelux55 can righfully modify its prices but commits itself to apply the prices indicated when the order is passed.

Bank transfers are compulsory for countries outside the European Union but also for Non-Metropolitan French territories.
Credit cards from outside France have to be international cards
The customer asserts he has the necessary allowances to carry out the payment he chose. In the case of a payment with a credit card and in accordance with the convention signed between the consumer and his bank, the order of payment can be cancelled if fraud is discovered.

GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITY
If ever a delivered product was to present a hidden flaw, you have 7 days to return it. The products presented here are conform to French Legislation. We refuse any responsibility if the products you receive do not respect the local legislation of the country in which it was delivered.

Nevertheless, we cannot be held responsible for exterior events preventing or delaying the delivery of the product (fires, floods, transports, communication breakdowns or even your own doings and any events out of our competence)
Furthermore, Boutiquelux55 cannot be held responsible for temporarily unavailable products or in the case of a mistake on our site, since pictures, texts and illutrations stand for non contractual products.
ADVICE FOR DELIVERIES
To ensure the best delivery service, it is compulsory for the consumer to indicate the receiver's information (name, address and phone number)
It is also totally forbidden to receive an order in a postbox.
Delivery fees do not take into account the customs taxes or fees to be paid by the customer.
Taxes depend on the country of delivery. Boutiquelux55 cannot inform you on this subject. It is the customer's responsibility to get the necessary information from local authorities not to be outlaw and respect importation laws of the country of delivery.
All deliveries to the Non-Metropolitan French territories and in Europe are sent in Colissimo (tracking and proof of delivery)
For countries outside the European Union deliveries will be carried out by Fed Ex.
